Description

    Players rally with their partner whilst trying to ignore the other distractions around them (the other players).

    Players work in the following pairs: 1 and 6, 2 and 5, 3 and 4.

    Players work like this for 2 minutes before rotating position, moving to the next position to their left.

Coaching Points

    Rotate this five times so that each player has had one go in each position.

    Volleys should not be winners. Players must keep their eye on the ball at all times.
