Description

    The coach feeds lob into the air for the player to hit back using the backhand smash.

    The player hits the smash down the line and joins the back of the line.

Coaching Points

  • Make sure the player has their right shoulder turned towards the net and their racket head behind them whilst moving to the ball.
  • It is important that their eyes and head remain still when hitting the ball.
