What you say:
I'm really enjoying looking at all the wonderful tips and coaching ideas you have on your site, the drills are very clear and easy to read and follow, which helps when trying to relay these to the young players. I'm new to coaching so all the help I can get is great. Keep up the drills and handy hints. Very impressed. Thanks Tracey.

Returning with Angles - Progression, Serve and Return Tennis

Description

Throw Down Lines are placed half a metre inside the singles side line and on the service line. Server serves 2nd serves and returner aims for the target area between side line and throw down line.

The server then plays out the point and returner gains bonus points if the angled returns hit the designated areas between the service line and the inside tramline and eventually wins the point.
