Description

    Players 1, 2 and 3 feed a ball underarm high over the net to 4, 5 and 6. Players 4, 5 and 6 have rackets and must try and hit the balls back for their partners to catch. After six turns they change around.


Coaching Points

  • Using non-racket hand to point at the ball.
  • Moving back quickly to hit the ball.
  • Jumping up to hit the ball if required.
