Description

    There are 2 lines of players starting at the middle of the baseline.

    The coach feeds wide balls alternately to each side.

    Players hit one shot down the line and then return to the opposite line.

Coaching Points

    Player should try and remain balanced when hitting the ball i.e. keeping the head still.

    The coach can vary the depth or height of the feed.
