What you say:
I have used sportplan in recent months and I find it extremely helpful. Particularly having the facility to create your own lesson plans. The idea to have it link with UKCC Coaching awards is excellent. Keep up the good work!

Description

-Without using a net, both players start with a ball. Starting simultaneously with an under arm throw they aim to keep both balls in play for as long as possible.
-With more advanced players they can use the net and even rackets.

Coaching Points

  • The drill enhances hand-eye coordination and develops basic sending and receiving skills.
  • The drill also familiarises players new to the game or young ones to the basic idea of ground stroke rallying.
