Pre-Season Conditioning - Part 4

In this forth and final full-length fitness session we cover all the bases and work on a little bit of everything - Strength, Cardio, Speed and Agility. So go on, dig deep and push hard with this final session to get all your players' systems working!

From warm-up to cool-down this session explains every step of your training with detailed notes and images, enabling you to push your players hard to get them fit and raring for the approaching season.

  • Have the confidence to run a fitness session with groups from 5 to 50 people
  • No specialist equipment required

Keep putting the hard work in with these two sessions to make sure your players are ready come match day!


Ps. We're not going to drop the fitness though. From next week, in addition to your regular sessions, you can look forward to a bite-size fitness session! At only half an hour long they're ideal for using with your players before you get to work on their stick work.
