In this session we continue to push your players hard, gradually upping the intensity so that your players will be fit and ready for their first match.
By using these pre-season conditioning sessions you'll be preparing your players mentally and physically for the new season. By improving your players' strength and stamina levels you'll be helping them to avoid getting injured as you prepare their muscles for the demands of a full 70 minute match.
