Description
Players start with a ball on the back line they run with the ball to get the Goalkeeper to commit and then pass the ball across to the far post for the player to score the goal.
Coaching Points
- Always inmportant that the player on the far post lines their shoulder up to the goal an d not to the back line. were ever the schoulders aree lined up the ball tends to finish up.
- ALso the players should sweep the ball in not lift the stick and hit.
