Gate Running, Moving with the ball Hockey

Description

Ball each. Players have to run from gate to gate avoiding each other.

  • Keeping the ball on the forehand (no reverse stick) and in contact with the stick at all time.

Coaching Points

Keep a high left elbow at all times to allow a more upright stick. The right hand should not be too low or high on the stick as this will either slow the player down or make them weaker on the ball.
