Description
- Setup as shown.
- Coach and goalkeeper about 1m apart.
Coach starts with some balls about 8m out. The coach feeds the ball to the goalkeeper who quickly kicks the ball into the goal. This can be done on either foot or a mixture of both feet. If the goalkeeper finds it to hard, then move further back to give them more reaction time.
Coaching Points
- Make sure that the goalkeeper stays on their toes, with their weight forward.
