Description
The attackers (Red Players) have to try and dribble the ball around one of the red cones in the middle and go back through their gate without being tackled by one of the defenders. Everytime the attackers do this successfully they score a point. The defenders are allowed to roam anywhere they like to try and tackle the attackers.
Coaching Points
- Attackers - Use vision to see when the defenders have moved away from their nearest cone.
- Defenders - Be aware of where the attackers are in relation to the red middle cones.
